Susan Scarola:
Certifications: Certified Cosmotologist
Tenure: 40+ years
About: I started my career in New York in 1974.  After working @ International Hair Cutters,on Northern Blvd. on Long Islands Miracle Mile in Manhasset for a little over a year I got married & moved to Hampton Va. I worked in Hampton @ Nicholas Alexander Hair Graphics for almost 9 years. Went from there to Hair Care Ltd. where I stayed for the next 4 yrs. in 1989 I moved to The Ritz Internationale Salon & Day Spa where I stayed for the next almost 24 years. Unfortunately after 25 years in business & winning many Best of Hampton awards it was time for the owners to retire & so the salon closed.
I joined the team @ Shane's in August of 2012.. I am happy to say that most of my clients have followed me . as you can tell after 39 + years in the business I have not jumped around from salon to salon like so many stylists do..
I have trained @ the Vidal Sassoon academy in South Beach Florida. And have also had extensive training with Wella studios in N.Y. Also with Sam Broccato , Sebastion, Scuples,Graham Webb & many others..
I am blessed to be able to go to work & LOVE what I do. I enjoy all aspects of styling hair. Having the opportunity to be artistic & creative is such a joy.
To create a new color & or style for my clients gets me so excited.
I have a large clientele many of whom have been with me for 15. 25, & even 35 .. But I am always open for new clients, I am always excited to meet new people & help to make them feel better & happier with how they look.. I look forward to seeing you..
Rhonda Pinello:
Certifications: Certified Stylist
Tenure:
About:  I come from a family of hair stylists.  I have worked in a salon since the age of 14.  I was trained as an apprentice, at the Ritz Internationale (our family business).  I received my cosmetology license and remained there from 25 years.  When our family decided to close the business I was very fortunate to find Shane's and also to have the honor of working beside such a group of extremely talented people.
I mentored for Matrix for twoyears and became a color educator with that company for several years.  I taught color theory and an array of coloring techniques including color correction.  To me, hair color is a passion and an art.  I absolutely love what I do!  I don't only get to use my creativity but I am able to build trusting relationships with my clients.  Like a piece of art, I don't want anyone leaving my chair that I wouldn't sign my name to.  I use top of the line products and educate my clients on how to use them to achieve the inevitable.  That is why continued education is a must.
Specialties: Highlights, lowlights, Keratin Complex certified.
